Package: tar
Version: 1.23-2.1
Severity: normal
File: /bin/tar

Hi,

when extracting files from a tarball the resulting size is known
beforehand. This should be communicated to the filesystem using
posix_fallocate() to allow the filesystem to place the file better,
idealy as one continious block.
