This happened when I changed from Stable to Testing.
Lxappearance version is 0.5.1-1.
I am pretty sure that you are seeing the same bug. Try launching
lxappearance from a terminal instead of a run box.
I tested launch lxappearance from the terminal and, in fact, the error is
about segmentation bug. It is therefore the same bug as reported.
