Package: loop-aes-utils Version: 2.16.2-2 Severity: normal when using "user" option in fstab, mount from this package works fine for regular user, but umount fails with "umount: only root can unmount /dev/sdc1 from /media/usb1". Related fstab entries: /dev/sdc1 /media/usb1 vfat noauto,showexec,codepage=866,user,umask=000,quiet /dev/sdc1 /media/usb1_auto auto noauto, user /dev/sdc1 /media/usb1_ntfs ntfs noauto,user,fmask=133,dmask=022,
Regular mount from "mount" package works fine with exactly this fstab, so it is not broken fstab entry. I resolved the situaltion by uninstalling loop-aes-utils. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.0.0-1-686-pae (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages loop-aes-utils depends on: ii gnupg 1.4.11-3 ii libblkid1 2.20.1-1.2 ii libc6 2.13-26 ii libselinux1 2.1.0-4.1 ii libsepol1 2.1.0-1.2 ii mount 2.20.1-1.2 Versions of packages loop-aes-utils recommends: pn sharutils <none> loop-aes-utils suggests no packages. -- debconf-show failed -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
