What is the problem you see? Do you get any error dialog? Can you please paste all the output you get when lanching from a terminal okular with your document (`okular thefile.pdf`)? This is a provate file, please use only in order to debug the application. Then you should not have attached it to a public bug tracking system. But, I don't get those when loading the document you attached in this bug report: are you sure you sent the very same document you are opening here?
