Bug#683999: Kernel parameters not documented

The Kernel needs the following parameters to enable full LXC functionality:

cgroup_enable=memory
swapaccount=1

Also you will need to load Apparmor in case you want a usable solution.

security=apparmor

I saw there is a item in the TODO.Debian list, but I couldn't find it
in the pogress-technologies wiki page either. Please add this to the
documentation, too.

only for memory resp. swap limits, but yes.. i've added that (and 
apparmor) to readme.debian in git.
