That looks a little odd. Those changes should be included in the
debdiff. If you unpack the new .dsc, does the result include the
patches?
Just discovered a Typo in the naming of the patches. Fixed that and rebuilded
the package again,
here's the actual debdiff.

downloaded the current source package again and added my patches from
scratch. I hope it's OK now :)
