I have just tested this on my two machines with an ATi using the radeon driver
and an Intel one. Both worked when I switched the Qt graphics system to
Raster, and I think that's the recommeneded method.

Looks like the current, sid package still provides only the following:
1. only one binary (kwin) is built and is linked against OpenGL
2. two binaries are built. kwin is linked against OpenGL and kwin_gles is
linked against OpenGL ES

opengl es 2.0 on purpose and if we build the package with libgles2-mesa-dev
fails to build because of a missing file.
