Hi,
eglibc 2.17 is in unstable now and this bug causes FTBFS of my package
eiskaltdcpp. I think other packages affected by this bug will be found after
archive rebuild tests [1]. Please fix the problem in one way or another.

PS: libboost-dev currently depends on libboost1.49-dev and I do not know when
the transition to Boost 1.53 will be done. The necessity to fix each package
affected by this bug looks weird.

as explained in 695826#29, this issue is a wontfix. Please hold your
breath until #704032 occurs, and/or explicitly use boost1.53.

Hello,
My package 'witty' (3.3.0-1) is also affected by this problem when trying
to compile it in a clean Sid environment, no need to add libc6 from
experimental. Please provide a fix as soon as possible.

Hello Matthias,
this really is a bug caused by Boost with the libc6 available in experimental.
Keeping this bug open just to track the progress with Boost.

I've fount the same problem. The compilation with glibc6 = 2.16 is
not possible, which is the current situation in the experimental.
There is a bug report on boost bug tracking regarding this issue [0].
There is also the patch [1] in Ubuntu that fixes it.
Could you check the patch and, if
