Dear Maintainer,

$ ping -f localhost
PING localhost (127.0.0.1) 56(84) bytes of data.
ping: cannot flood; minimal interval, allowed for user, is 200ms

200ms is a bit high for 2013, could this limit be dropped? I think there's no 
good reason for it to exist nowadays.
