Aptitude runs dpkg which runs the resolvconf postrm which runs the
script with argument "remove" which does "invoke-rc.d pdns-recursor
force-reload". So if the apt command hangs then I would suspect that
it's the pdns-recursor initscript that is doing something incorrectly.
That should be investigated, also because it could be a problem quite
independently of this report.
