The package is ready. It has a dependency on libcutl, which is also
packaged. However it needs checking and acceptance from Debian
FTP-Masters first. As such, it's in the NEW queue[1]. Once it'll be
accepted to the archive, I'll upload odb immediately. Please note that
it has to go through NEW as well which needs additional time.
