[addendum]

The wmbattery compiled from git displays 70% of charge while acpi
shows 100%. And the battery is definitly charged at 100%.

After the upgrade in Debian testing from kernel 3.10-2 to 3.10-3, on several 
systems wmbattery stopped working. These systems include i686 and amd64 
laptops. The CLI acpi shows the right status of the battery.
