Please switch off the AppIndicator plugin. It obviously does not work in
the current version.
I'm wondering why it does not happen with root privileges...

Blueman-applet is launched by kde during the interface startup. In this
case I can not interact

left-clicking the applet icon should open blueman-manager. Please try to
start it directly in a terminal and show the output if that fails.
