Hello. Actually, this works, not replacing build-deps, but adding libiberty-dev in addition to binutils-dev. With that and adding -I/usr/include/libiberty as suggested by YunQiang Su, the package built in a clean chroot (using sbuild). I produced a debdiff which does the aforementioned,
