Should we get both packages uploaded, and migrated soon, so as to get the patches into jessie alpha 1 images? If there's no hurry, uploading after images are published is fine with me. You tell me. :) What is the timeline for jessie alpha 1 images? I was hoping to spend a bit of time on Sunday sweeping through some of the other bugs and other outstanding stuff, I don't know whether I'll manage it or not but either way uploading after Sunday evening would be good. If the alpha is tomorrow or Sunday then there is no point in waiting and they might as well be uploaded now. Cheers, Ian. signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part

Given 20140314111003.gb14...@mraw.org, I think we should be able to push a fix in apt-setup (too), and be ready to upload debian-installer, then build images. I think I'm going to upload those, and then get them into testing using age-days/urgent on the release team side: - libdebian-installer: need it into testing before uploading d-i, it has bits in initramfs - maybe other d-i packages with l10n changes. → debian-installer upload should happen before the weekend And those want to be in testing before we start building images: - apt-setup: the fix mentioned above, should be uploaded very soon. - flash-kernel: changes in git are quite straightforward, so uploading them would be OK. I have no arm* hardware to built it on, though. I think it would be nice to have Seagate FreeAgent DockStar and Buffalo Linkstation LS-XHL support merged for jessie alpha 1; other bug fixes can wait a bit, I guess? (That also means you don't get any extra pressure to hunt bugs down this weekend ;)) → cdimage building: probably beginning of next week. Does that sound sane to you?
