footer indicating that it was last updated on 13 September last year.
Can we get it updated, or removed? ;-)

Working on updating it. It was caused by the addition of
arch-qualified dependencies to the archive.
For some reason qa folks were not getting mails about this, otherwise
we would have fixed it
