fitgcp depends on python-pysam, which is not available on armel armhf mips mipsel powerpc s390x and which does not seem to become available there in the short term. fitgcp 0.0.20130418-1 got built on every architecture, and therefore could not migrate to Testing. We updated it (0.0.20130418-2) to build-depend on python-pysam so that architecture availability of these packages will match automatically. Please remove fitgcp from armel armhf mips mipsel powerpc s390x to let version 0.0.20130418-2 migrate to testing.
