As I couldn't understand to configure NM to disable this zeroconf/ipv4ll
stuff (where's the doc?!?), I've tried to use ifplugd.
It's a neat package, but there are gotcha:
1- you need to configure it, because by default it won't monitor any
interface, despite what's writen in its man page
