Bug#764594: munin-node: Please use /etc/default/munin-node for systemd job too

Control: tags -1 + patch Thanks to URL: http://forkfedora.org/ , I got a clue how to fix the systemd service for munin-node to use DAEMON_ARGS from /etc/default/munin-node. A quick test later I can confirm that this patch will solve this problem for Debian Edu: ---
