Is there a plan to actually fix this?
I do have to say that the fact that I had IPv6-Connectivity during the OS
installation breaking IPv4-Connectivity (as in 'all the stuff the
DHCP-Server pushes gets overwritten') is not something I would have expected

/etc/resolv.conf is handled by a configurable /etc/rdnssd/merge-hook
script that users can modify to suit their needs. The stock version
upstream has been modified to do what you want for ages:

Note that rdnssd not only drops non-nameserver settings but also ipv4
servers. This is still more annoying in presence of #625689 which breaks
