Having Description: in the source package stanza in d/control is
incorrect, and dpkg-source warns about it.
You don't need to prepend debian/tmp to paths in *.install. Though with pybuild
you usually don't need *.install at all.
The package FTBFS in sbuild:
dh build --with python2,python3 --buil
