Because the UDD implementation predates a working mole.watch. DEHS died,
then there was nothing
For the record, if we want uscan results in udd, then I suggest getting them
from mole.watch where they are being kept up to date, and including sepwatch.

The update-upstream-status script for UDD does not appear to consider
sepwatch.
sepwatch is a subversion repository which contains seperate watch files
submitted by those that are not maintainers
