DAEMON_ARGS has --logdir=/var/log/$NAME and that means that when I say
'log { name = /var/log/anope/services.log.', it decides that I clearly
want the log file to be named /var/log/anope/var/log/anope/services.log,
which is not very intuitive, and takes some time
