Bug#790120: praat: sound playback delay, random freeze after about 10-20 playbacks

2015-11-10 Thread Jakob Wiedner
I also tried the latest version (6.0.05) from the website. I "can" start
a playback using ALSA, cursor moves but no sound. With Pulse Audio I get
an error message that "16-Bit sound cannot be opened".

Thanks for the feedback Jonathan. I am hereby closing this bug report.
According to the upstream changelog [1]:

 6.0.05 (8 November 2015)
 * A manual page that describes TextGrid file formats.
 * Corrected a bug that prevented some KlattGrid tiers from being edited.
 * 32-bit Linux: correct use of PulseAudio (note: 6.0.04 on Debian already had
this correct).
