I'm not seeing this behavior, and this is not what was originally reported 
(which was already fixed upstream). I've just tagged this issue as done.


Please consider reporting a new issue.

This bug is now fixed upstream: 
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347094 [1]


Until this will come to Debian, you can use a keyboard shortcut 
workaround. Ctrl+Shift+LeftArrow / Ctrl+Shift+RightArrow.

In previous versions of Konsole I could re-order tabs by dragging 'em with 
mouse. That functionality seems to be missing.
