retitle 81077 links: Cyrillic transliteration not aware of varieties thanks
My original bug report was insufficiently informed - there are a variety of transliteration methods, and the default one picked is in fact the most common one for the Russian language and character sets. It would, however, be nice if it was able to detect other languages and character set combinations. I checked Serbian and it doesn't use the most relevant transliteration there.
