Dear Maintainer,
besides working on the German po-file for the shadow project manual
pages, this old bug in the Debian bug database caught my attention. It
is really simple to fix.

Hi Holger,
I'm sorry for keeping this hanging for so long. I'm packaging 4.9 and
the translation has been updated upstream in the meantime:
https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow/blob/master/po/de.po
Are the new strings OK, or do they still need updating?

I'd simply use
"Arbeit one effektive root-Recht nicht möglich."
the sassy spirit of "cannot possibly work without" won't be cap
