Apparently tap-to-click requires that xserver-xorg-input-libinput is
installed, so I guess we need to make some package
(gnome-settings-daemon?) pull that package in.
Still, the option to configure tap-to-click has been removed from
gnome-control-center. I think this is a regression and we should
