Package: wxmaxima
Version: 16.04.1-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The keyboard shortcuts Alt+Up/Down does not work when using wxMaxima in
Gnome 3. They are supposed to make it possible to edit previous
commands (like cursor up/down does in bash/readline), but instead they
simply act like plain Up/Down without Alt.

Selecting the menu entry "Cell->Previous Command" works as expected.

No Gnome function is bound to Alt+Up or Alt+Down.
