Please can you ship the upstream supplied pkg-config file (liblhasa.pc) in liblhasa-dev. At the moment I'm porting the LHA decompression code in MilkyTracker to use lhasa instead of the original non-free lha code, and I'm going to have to hardcode the include path which doesn't seem very nice (though will do for the moment).
