This one too.
It has Vcs-* pointin to the DPMT namespace, but this time the repository
doesn't exist.  And DPMT is not neither in Maintainer: nor in
Uploaders:.

Also it doesn't close a WNPP bug?

I found the ITP #776083, which is owned by somebody else (which strikes
me, as I would expect the ITP to "expire" after some months, but
apparently here didn't happen).  So, I won't sponsor this until you
clarify the situation with the ITP owner and get an ack from him and
take over the ITP.

Please clarify these situations.
