Dear Maintainer,

there are two new upstream releases available at Martin's new
location for libConfuse, at GitHub

v2.8: A few fixes and some new features

v3.0: Major changes, including ABI bump, library no longer asserts(),
but returns error code(s), support for handling unknown options for
future proofing a parser, and more.

For the full details of the changes, please see the ChangeLog for
each release <https://github.com/martinh/libconfuse/releases>

Cheers
 /Joachim
