Dear Maintainer,

It seems that hostapd is lacking support for rtl871xdrv (example RTL8188CUS) , 
few years ago Realtek released the code under GPLv2.

The attached patched is based on that code and it is taken from 
https://github.com/pritambaral/hostapd-rtl871xdrv.git
