I just wanted to add that version 1.3.12 does not work at all with the
current libtorrent-rasterbar. I've compiled the 1.3.13 stable release from
source & installed it with checkinstall. It's been running flawlessly on my
system.
In conclusion, 1.3.13 is a good release of deluge that fixes many

Hopefully this makes it in time before the Stretch freeze, because I've
already wasted tens of gigabytes of bandwidth when Deluge automatically
re-downloads torrents whose data has been moved
