I suggest removing the netcf package because the libvirt package just dropped it as a dependency. 
That was the last reverse dependency. The package has not found an adopter for almost 5 years.

fedorahosted.org/released/netcf

i am not a debian maintainer yet mut i would like to adopt and monitor the 
package for updates.
