vimhelp-de should be removed from Debian, it doesn't support the current version of vim, the upstream developer hasn't been active since November 2010 and the package has an open RC bug without any comments. The package doesn't have any reverse-depends. Though it has a relatively high popcon-score (120), I doubt it is very useful at the moment, since it also is missing a lot of translations (e.g. chapters 21 to 32).
