Update

I installed 4.5.0-0.bpo.2-amd64

There is only a delay about 3,3 seconds after EC started and Interpreder
enabled. (Is this normal?)

On the same machine, same configurations as before, only an older kernel.

# systemd-analyze
Startup finished in 8.745s (firmware) + 13.311s (loader) + 10.052s
(kernel) + 6.342s (userspace) = 38.452s
