1.5.x is still marked as experimental by upstream, and given that it
break backward compatibility of documents I'm not going to have it
updating the scribus package until they declare it stable.

1.4.x is still the recommended branch to use in production.


I'm very well aware of the CTL being finally landed in 1.5.x after more
than a year of out-of-tree development, and I'm going to update the
scribus-ng package soon.

scribus-ng is not meant to be released, so I'm keeping it in
experimental only either way.

for a large number of people (Arabic, Thai, Indic), hense the important 
severity.

It could be added to experimental if ready before stretch release.
