Package: jcal

Dear Maintainer,

As mentioned in the jcal's homepage (http://nongnu.org/jcal/) it is intended to
add jcal and jdate commands to the system, but in Debian package, the jdate
command is missing. Unlike Debian, in the rpm package for jcal, jtime is
availble.
