Please add these comments to this bug report: The text which displays the download speed is correct, but the speed scale to the left of the graph shows only two places of the value. For example, if the speed is between 200 and 400 Kbytes per second, the labels should be 200 and 400 Kbytes per second. Instead, the labels appear as 00 and 00 Kbytes per second.
