Package: n2n Version: 1.3.1~svn3789- The manipulation of tun/tap device ether invoked /sbin/ifconfig in tuntap_linux.c. The n2n would fail to set ether / ip address for the edge interface if ifconfig is not available.
The error message looks something like WARNING: tuntap_write() [sent=-1][attempted_to_send=197] [Input/output error] and is not very useful. Please consider add net-tools as dependency of the package so it save some people some time to figure out what went wrong. Shi
