As discussed in debian-perl list, I think it would be a great idea to add these options to remove-uploader script: * --no-commit Do not perform the final commit step from the script, so the person using it can decide whether it's the right time for the change to be committed or not. * --commit-message Use the provided commit message instead of default in case the resulting default would be inadequate, too long or not very helpful in describing the change.
