Package: dracut Version: 045+132-1 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
while packaging clevis (#854410) I learned it has a build dependency on
dracut, and upstream's configure checks for presence of your package
using PKG_CHECK_MODULES which probes for dracut.pc - that file gets
created when building dracut but you don't ship it. Hence the check
fails.
While I can and probably will patch out that check since Debian's build
dependency mechanism will assert a dracut installation anyway ...
if you can think of a good reason to ship dracut.pc instead, now was a
good time to do so.
In either way, please let me know about your decision so I can act
accordingly.
