I'm orphaning python-mplexporter, because I don't use it anymore.
It is team maintained in the Python modules team, maybe somebody
in the team likes to take over? Note, that there are new commits
on GitHub, which might justify an updated package.

If nobody takes over until buster deep freeze, I tend to remove
the package. At least from buster, maybe from unstable, too.
