Hi, I have been notified that drupal7-mod-civicrm is finally no longer built, so the last rdep on drupal7 has been cleared.
The Drupal developers have issued a preventive warning, informing they will publish a highly critical bug fix for Drupal 7 and 8.x next Wednesday. I will update the Drupal versions in stable and olstable, but it would be great if it could be removed from Unstable by then. Of course, I will provide updated packages otherwise.
