Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Due to the package building on platforms where it's not even installable, it never migrated. I hacked around this problem again by copying Depends into Build-Depends and uploading again, but it seems that the existence of old binaries on these architectures in Unstable will still prevent migration once the time limit elapses [1].
