I request assistance on behalf of the maintainer with maintaining the
qalculate-gtk package.
The package description is:
Qalculate! is small and simple to use but with much power and versatility
underneath. Features include customizable functions, units, arbitrary
precision, plotting, and a graphical interface that uses a one-line
fault-tolerant expression entry (although it supports optional traditional
buttons).

This package contains the GTK+ user interface of qalculate.
While it would be best if you can commit sometime, but even if not,
if you could help in
fixing #877733 and #877717 will be good. Qalculate depends upon
libqalculate so even that
would need to bumped up with new symbols and such.
Even an NMU (Non-maintainer upload) which improves the current state
woule be welcome.
