Packaging changes are fairly trivial, but the upstream code is almost
a complete re-write so the diff is quite large. I haven't yet uploaded
this anywhere, but I'd like it unstable soon so I can release a new
version of abcde which depends on it.

libwebservice-musicbrainz-perl is getting quite old in Debian, with
multiple new upstream versions released now (up to 1.0.4). I'm working
on abcde which uses this, and I'm being pestered to work with and test
against newer versions.
