Dear Maintainer, The fix for #892154 actually made the situation worse, ncl now FTBS on many more architectures, see: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=ncl You also built the package in an outdated environment on amd64 causing the rebuild with proj (5.0.0-2) to be reverted.
