Upstream keep a dependency list inhttps://sourceforge.net/p/flightgear/fgmeta/ci/next/tree/download_and_compile.sh (lines ~330), but it's for the current development branch (e.g. we probably don't need -dialogs just yet), and doesn't distinguish build and runtime dependencies.
